We’re looking for someone with personality — warmth, energy, and the ability to make every guest feel instantly at ease. No wellness industry background needed, just a genuine love of people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests, setting a calm, feel-good tone
- Guiding people through the garden and its facilities
- Keeping the space spotless and running smoothly
- Supporting treatments, bookings and day-to-day operations
- Being a genuine, friendly face of Serenity
What We’re Looking For
- Personality — outgoing, warm, comfortable with anyone
- A natural care for people and their wellbeing
- Reliable, well-presented, a team player
- Hospitality experience a bonus, not a requirement
- Flexible availability, including weekends
